Project overview
The client’s software system and infrastructure were initially built by an internal software development team. The success of the system demanded quick delivery of new features, so the client looked to increase their development capacity and add technical expertise. Our cooperation started with the Software Mind team performing an in-depth audit of the client’s existing solution. The audit covered system architecture, application code (various frontend and backend components and technologies), cloud infrastructure, security, quality and general organizational processes. For the audit Software Mind gathered a cross section of experts and practitioners, including software architects, senior software developers, senior QA engineers and a senior DevOps specialist. After the audit, our team continued cooperating with the client by developing new features and introducing improvements suggested in the audit report.
