Our client initially built client’s software system and infrastructure using an internal software development team. The success of the system demanded the quick delivery of new features, so the company looked to increase development capacity and add technical expertise. Cooperation started with the Software Mind team performing an in-depth audit of an existing solution, that the client had been developing. The audit took a few weeks and covered system architecture, application code (various frontend and backend components and technologies), cloud infrastructure, security, quality, and general organizational processes. For the audit Software Mind gathered a cross section of experts and practitioners that included – software architects, senior software developers, senior QA engineers, senior DevOps specialist and others involved in the software development life cycle. After the audit our team continued cooperating with the client, by developing new features and introducing improvements suggested in the audit report.
