Its key features included comprehensive financial analysis across different time frames, multi-currency support (PLN and USD), and collaboration tools (in-report commenting and Excel-based forecasting and corrections via Microsoft Teams).
Client background
A leading media company in Poland which operates a diverse portfolio of television channels, digital platforms and streaming services and reaches millions of viewers and users daily. Our client is part of a multinational mass media and entertainment group.

Goals
Standardizing KPI definitions and identifying stakeholders and data sources to enable stakeholders to make informed business decisions. Automating the data collection process and migrating reports from Excel spreadsheets to MS Power BI platform (adding the capability to leave comments on the canvas).
