Our client was struggling with the lack of delivery capacity and poor quality of implementations. Furthermore, it had no independent testing, implementation processes or automated testing framework. Software Mind became their independent quality assurance center for all divisions (customer and product). After the implemented changes, testing is now seen as a mandatory part of their development lifecycle. Software Mind works with client teams in the UK, Greece, Canada, Singapore, and New Zealand. Currently, the project includes 45 Software Mind consultants who handle manual, automation, and performance tests.
