Software Mind was tasked with a complete rewrite and architectural reorganization of an existing production system that connected people looking for relocation services with moving companies. The system overhaul aimed to ensure reliable operations and boost the stability of the platform. Our team collaborated with the client to develop business requirements which would result in increasing system revenue and improving existing algorithms. We rewrote system communication with external platforms, including CRM and payment systems, as well as internal systems responsible for GDPR compliance and data analytics. As part of the implementation, we also enhanced system security by addressing vulnerabilities detected in the old system.
