Project overview

As part of their digitalization efforts, our client sought to optimize administrative processes for doctors and dentists. To address this, we delivered a comprehensive platform that covers an array of functionalities such as seamless registration, efficient document management and easy access to crucial information on qualifications, training and legal regulations. The solution allows to significantly cut administrative time, improve information flow and ultimately enhance the overall quality of services for medical professionals.

Client background

One of the regional medical chambers in Poland, our client forms part of the professional self-governance body for physicians and dentists. The chamber offers legal assistance, support in professional matters, organizes training courses and represents the interests of the medical community.

Goals

The project’s goal was to create the first dedicated doctor service portal and facilitate seamless access to essential information. We also aimed to automate administrative processes, improve data security and ensure 24/7 availability, all while providing current information on doctor-related matters.
