Project overview
To quickly form a team with iGaming experience and know-how that could take ownership of a platform build, from scratch. Along with handling all elements of design, development and deployment, Software Mind was asked to increase the client’s capacity, share domain knowledge and technical best practices, provide consultancy and work to very tight deadlines.
Client background
A government-owned betting agency that holds a monopoly on lottery and betting services. Established in 2017, it offers a diverse range of games, including lotteries, sports betting, casino games, and instant win games, available both online and at various retail locations.
Goals
To help our client succeed in a heavily regulated market, support our client’s digital transformation and accelerate their transition from land-based to online gaming operations. To do this, we were tasked with building an iGaming platform from scratch. Along with delivering engaging features and functionalities that complied with regulations, we aimed to achieve a cost-effective modernization that increased our client’s market position.
