Our client supports effective personnel job searches in healthcare by providing an expert service for evaluating medical professionals’ CVs, work permits, diplomas and other documentation necessary to prove expertise in relevant fields.
Software Mind implemented an automated system that processes documentation and matches searched competencies with the right personnel. Our team also developed an application to handle recruitment-related documents (EU work permits, diplomas, CVs) and monitor healthcare professionals’ work hours through a time logging interface.
As a result of the solution we developed, our client improved their recruitment process and increased service standards. Our team also integrated the system with Salesforce to provide additional efficiency to the organization and implemented an AI recruitment tool, Textkernel, to assist with rating and selecting the best professionals.
