Our client, driven by urgent deadlines, quickly signed a deal with a vendor who promised fully documented, ready-to-go APIs. But here’s the problem: they finalized the contract without a single technical consultation with us, their technology partner.

The integration quickly became an exercise in frustration. The API existed, but the documentation didn't. All development for the machine provider was outsourced to India, meaning every single technical question or doubt took days to resolve. And because of that the integration that should've taken a week dragged on for several months, costing our client significant time and money, not to mention a lot of stress.

He has also contributed significantly to the implementation of European Digital Identity and CAMARA APIs at Deutsche Telekom.

Radoslaw Dabkowski is VP of Sales Engineering for EMEA and APAC at Alianza, where he leads technical strategy and solution engineering across international markets. With over 20 years of experience in IT and telecom, he’s passionate about driving innovation in cloud communications and building strong partnerships with service providers. Prior to Alianza, Radoslaw worked in senior roles at Cisco and BroadSoft.

Radoslaw Dabkowski

With 25+ years’ experience in the telecom industry, Dario has extensive expertise in BSS, OSS and networks, which he’s currently leveraging in his role as Telco & Media Partner GTM Global Lead at ServiceNow. Before joining ServiceNow, he was the EMEA Telecom Go to Market lead at Salesforce, where he developed the first industry practice in the region. His career also involves roles at Accenture and Telecom Italia Labs. 

Dario Di Bella

As a software engineer, Jakub designs microservice architecture, integrates platforms and ensures the stability and performance of complex processes. In his career, he’s been involved in fast-growing projects such as European Digital Identity (EUDI) and CAMARA APIs.

Johannes has been with Roamsys since 2008 in various roles, but always in very close contact with the customers.
