Software Mind and Chmurowisko team up to deliver world-class cloud solutions
Software Mind is excited to announce its acquisition of Chmurowisko, a renowned specialist cloud company established in 2017 to provide consulting and development services for cloud environments, migration of resource to the cloud along with the training, design, implementation and security of forward-thinking cloud solutions.
Chmurowisko’s top-notch experts have built a successful reputation by leveraging their competences with some of the world’s leading cloud providers, including Microsoft, Amazon, Google and Oracle for clients including BNP Paribas, ABB, DPD, Circle K, Media Expert, and Polskie Radio. While primarily cloud-based in nature, the solutions developed by the Chmurowisko team also incorporate technology driven by artificial intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT).
The addition of Chmurowisko further boosts Software Mind’s ability to develop evolutive cloud solutions that seamlessly integrate into existing infrastructures and with diverse tools.
Grzegorz Młynarczyk, CEO of Software Mind, predicts great opportunities for both organizations. “The digital transformation spendings and cloud adoption across all the main markets are booming. The world-class cloud skills and talent Chmurowisko brings to Software Mind will address this growing need and increase our capacity to engineer cloud-based solutions that scale to our clients’ growth, open new revenue streams, drive digital accelerations and reimagine the possibility of transformative software. Adding Chmurowisko’s expertise to the Software Mind team greatly enhances our ability to develop game-changing solutions for clients looking to disrupt.”
Michał Jaworski, CEO of Chmurowisko, shares Młynarczyk’s optimism. “Joining Software Mind will enable Chmurowisko’s experts to bring our leading cloud solutions, technology and consultancy to new markets and support companies on the global stage. Both Chmurowisko and Software Mind share a passion for developing cloud solutions that make an impact.”
The acquisition of Chmurowisko is the latest in Software Mind’s ambitious growth plan. With the backing of Enterprise Investors, Software Mind has, in the past year, added European software houses including ValueLogic and Code Factory. By adding new specialities, increasing its already broad offer and boosting its nearshore talent pools, Software Mind is further supporting its claim as the leading Polish software house with a truly global reach.
