Our client wanted to enhance their Medical Review Officer (MRO) service by modernizing their existing systems and creating an integrated, intuitive web-based platform that would make their offer more scalable and generate new revenue streams. Software Mind developed this new solution from scratch and created an improved, user-friendly interface which helps internal users efficiently review and manage drug test cases without having to navigate between two separate systems.

Goals

Building a comprehensive platform for medical review officers required modernizing our client’s existing legacy systems to create a single, integrated web interface that standardized and automated data presentation.
