Project overview
To provide long-term support (10+years) building a CEM platform based on signaling network data. To create a framework for defining and running customizable reporting on top of that data and developing hundreds of aggregates and reports.
Client background
A major operator and service provider in Poland – part of global international mobile communications group.

Goals
Along with managing the architecture, design and implementation of all critical parts of the project, we aimed to establish long-term involvement and continuous partnership by participating in system upgrades and migration to 5G signaling. Additionally, our client wanted to enable complex reporting logic related to various internal business units and importantly, to maintain the 24/7 regime by delivering a highly available and fault tolerant solution.

Results
Building a robust and reliable CEM platform
Designing and implementing a solution that reliably processes data, enables transparent monitoring and facilitated 5G network introduction.
Increasing data capabilities
Delivering a solution that processes ~3 TB of data per day, aggregating ~30 billion network events per day and calculating ~500 reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
Delivering reliable support
Enabling 24/7 monitoring and handling technical system maintenance and node failures.

FAQ
How was the platform's architecture designed to support customer-experience management and large-scale data processing?
The architecture was explicitly designed to be highly available and fault-tolerant, ensuring 24/7 regime support. It was built as a robust, reliable framework focused on signaling network data. This design supports large-scale processing (3TB/day) by enabling massive aggregation (30B events/day) and the calculation of complex, customizable reports, while also facilitating transparent monitoring and future 5G migration.
