Project overview
Our client wanted to create a new AI bot that would be designed from scratch with a focus on providing exceptional user experience and high usability. The bot, delivered by Software Mind, instructs a customer on the steps that should be taken to restore their Internet connection or helps diagnose the problem. If independent action is not enough to restore the connection, the bot provides key information needed for a failure report.

Our client is one of the leading mobile carriers in Poland and is known for their innovative approach to technology and customer-centric solutions.
Business goals
The aim of the project in the Proof of Concept (PoC) phase was to prepare a bot that provides support for customers struggling with technical problems with their cable Internet. The client’s goal was also to deliver the best possible user experience and for the solution to become the top-rated AI bot in its category. Additionally, the bot had to be able to communicate in different languages 24/7.
Main challenges
Software Mind developed the AI bot from scratch, ensuring that it would meet current and future market requirements. We also made sure that the bot operates without hallucinations to avoid misleading customers. An important aspect of creating this solution was to build a safe local architecture with maximum data security and sensitive data filtering.
