The app enabled users to view a portfolio of their properties, see regional market comparisons and check the demand for similar properties. Users could also see the development value of their real estate, price forecast, potential rental income forecast and gross rental return. Additionally, house owners could access an energy renovation calculator. The system was connected with the client’s platform for landlords, and the web app was integrated with a native app for Android and iOS.
