Software Mind redefined and transitioned old and new roles within the team, clarified responsibilities and objectives, conducted extensive training programs for technical teams to prepare them for the latest cloud-based environment, and delivered a detailed document describing the new IT team structure. We also enhanced the skills of the technical teams through a comprehensive training program and ensured smooth adaptation to the new structure. Our team participated in deploying intelligent tools to support communication and proactive technology management. Finally, we established a virtual Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) team, covering Architecture, Development, and Operations, based on the 80% (development) / 20% (operations) principle.
