The awards recognize the suppliers and technology providers that power the online gaming industry, from platform and payments providers to infrastructure and compliance specialists.
Recognition in a competitive category
Infrastructure is the foundation of every iGaming product. Operators depend on cloud and data center providers to keep platforms available, secure and ready to scale during peak demand. This made the Data Center and Cloud System Provider category one of the most competitive of the evening, with Software Mind named alongside some of the most established infrastructure providers in the sector.

An evening of industry connections
The ceremony brought together over 300 industry leaders at the HAC in London, one of the city’s finest venues for an event of this kind. Mouhcine Jalili, VP of Growth iGaming, and Melvyn Burgoyne, Business Development Director, represented Software Mind.
They used the evening to reconnect with existing partners and build new relationships across the iGaming ecosystem.
AI, payments and compliance in focus
Conversations throughout the night reflected a sector that’s moving fast. The pace of innovation came up again and again, especially in three areas:
- AI, which is increasingly shaping how operators personalize player experiences and optimize their operations
- Payments, where players expect faster, more flexible and more secure transactions
- Compliance and know your customer (KYC) processes, which remain a priority as regulatory requirements continue to change across markets
It was great to see the suppliers driving that progress recognized for their work, with a special mention for Mindway AI, whose work clearly stood out on the night.
