Software Mind to Host Telco Days 2026, Charting Telecom’s Roadmap to Agentic AI and Safer Networks

Software Mind, a global technology partner, will return with Telco Days 2026 on November 6. Telco Days is a free online conference built around this year’s theme: Roadmap to Agentic AI and Safer Networks. The event brings telecom practitioners together to look beyond the hype at what agentic AI and network security actually change in day-to-day operations, with sessions from Software Mind, Amdocs, Alianza, Next Mobile, ROCCO, IBM, Telefónica and Tallence, alongside a talk on machine intelligence from acclaimed physicist Andrzej Dragan, professor at the University of Warsaw.

Telco Days is built by telecom experts for telecom experts. This year’s edition concentrates on where AI is genuinely delivering results for operators – from agentic AI that enhances products and workflows to fraud management and security practices that keep networks and customers safe. Sessions favor real-world implementations, demos and lessons learned over theory.

“Telecom AI has moved past proofs of concept – operators are putting agentic AI into live products, network operations and fraud management, and finding that autonomy raises the stakes as much as it eases the workload,” said Dawid Mielnik, Telecom General Manager at Software Mind. “In telecom, a wrong AI decision costs you service quality, customer trust and real operational risk. That’s why agentic AI here must understand networks, not just language. Telco Days brings together the people putting that into practice, so operators can see what production-grade AI and safer networks actually take.”

Session speakers feature operators, vendors and analysts, and the conference opens with a welcome from Software Mind’s Dawid Mielnik. Analyst firm ROCCO will share what more than 300 telecom leaders really think about AI – where it delivers measurable value and why many pilots stall. Telefónica, Tallence and Software Mind will walk the audience through a live charging-platform project and discuss the move from offshore to nearshore delivery, while Next Mobile will examine how AI now sits on both sides of the SMS channel, defending it against generative fraud and powering fraud attempts.

Software Mind will also look at network protection and the roadmap for its Amplitiv products, and physicist Andrzej Dragan will step back to ask a broader question: Can machines actually think? Dragan comes to that question from quantum physics: he leads the relativistic quantum information group at the University of Warsaw, holds a visiting professorship at the National University of Singapore, and co-authored The Quantum Principle of Relativity with Artur Ekert, one of the inventors of quantum cryptography. Further sessions will be confirmed on the event page.

Alianza, Amdocs and IBM join the event as official partners, while RCR Wireless News and Telecompaper serve as media partners.
Telco Days 2026 takes place online on November 6, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. (CET). Registration is free here.
