Commercializing new risk-sharing technology

Our client, a startup founded in UK, wanted to build an electronic identity protection platform from scratch. This project, which lasted two and a half years, required a dedicated team ranging from four to ten experts. 

Our team needed to transfer innovations from universities to businesses, scale niche technology into a fully functioning commercial product and build a Big Data solution. 

The result of this partnership saw the successful launch of a highly innovative, unique product which uses semantic web, natural language processing (NLP) and Big Data technologies (Hadoop) – one of the first production usages. At its launch, it was the biggest commercial semantic web database and won two British Computer Society IT Industry Awards.
