Project overview
Our client, central to the practice of medicine and dentistry across Poland, sought to streamline the cyclical regional election process for all associated medical chambers. This meant replacing polling stations and postal mail and modernizing operations. To achieve this, we developed an integrated electronic and postal voting application designed to guarantee the safety, democracy, transparency, fairness and efficiency of elections, which would make the process more accessible and reliable for their members.
Client background
A central self-governing body for physicians and dentists in Poland. This organization, alongside its various regional and specialized chambers, comprehensively oversees all aspects of medical and dental practice across the country.

Goals
To develop and launch an electronic voting channel that fully complied with universal electoral principles. It also aimed to boost voter turnout and make it possible to vote outside traditional polling stations.

Results
Expanding accessibility and convenience
Doctors now benefit from a robust voting application that enables them to vote securely outside traditional polling stations through a quick and simple electronic process.
Ensuring solid security and authentication
Our solution's integrated architecture provides a highly secure election experience, with authenticated, seamless logins via e-government platforms and the mObywatel application.
Providing comprehensive transparency and auditability
The system's full historical election records guarantee complete transparency and auditability for all past events.
