About the project
Our client, a leading gaming technology and integrated lottery operator, wanted to diversify their operations and use their existing lottery infrastructure to enable customers to buy mobile phone top-ups and pay bills. To do this, the client chose Software Mind as their software development partner.
The IT infrastructure for the new services had to be built from scratch, and since the competition was fierce, the project had to be completed within six months. Additionally, the company’s CEO and CIO wanted the system to provide 24/7 service with 99.9% availability.
Having relevant experience from former projects, we were able to deliver the project within the planned deadline with 25% under budget. In the week after the service launched, more than 70,000 daily transactions were completed – without a single failure. The system became even more popular, later used by hundreds of thousands of customers, which greatly increased our client’s revenue and ensured their position as the market leader.
