Developing a fixed odds betting platform

With over 40 years’ experience, our client is a leading feed provider in the UK, focused on spread betting for B2C and B2B organizations. The Software Mind team developed a fixed odds betting platform for them, which was deployed on-premises and then migrated to the Google Cloud Platform.

Initially, the soft-launch scope was too narrow, and we had to accommodate exponential customer growth after three months. The team had to deal with technical debt while delivering business value (e.g., a comprehensive automated test suite). Our client received multi-tenant support and integration.

As a result of this cooperation, we developed a sportsbook back-end platform built as MVP with an initial client in mind. It offers UK betting settings, P/L calculations, phone betting, Betslip and live chat.
