About the project
Our client enhances the operations of 2000+ companies worldwide in the electrical, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) and construction industries, being mainly responsible for the maintenance, continuous development and distribution of its software and related additional services.
The goal of our team was to design and develop tailored financial management software for energy, HVAC and construction areas. Our dedicated development team, responsible for front-end, back-end and cloud infrastructure, built and maintained new functionalities, while developing solutions used to calculate the cost of labor and generate invoices.
As a result of our work, the client reduced the time to market for implementing new functionalities and relaunched the application as a modern web system. By boosting CI/CD processes and introducing agile product development, our team introduced several improvements and successfully integrated preexisting solutions.
