About the project
Our client is the leading provider of integrated software solutions for extended warranty management and finance and insurance (F&I) administration. Their modular administration platform supports all F&I aftermarket products. Since 2012, they have been a significant player in their industry.
The company was already using cloud services, having built and developed its applications in several data centers in the United States and Germany. However, a desire to enter the Canadian market meant complying with local regulatory requirements. We designed the migration process to meet the company’s expectations and new regulations. Due to the regulator’s requirements, we recommended implementation in a high-availability model. Two regions were selected, so that in case of interruptions or failures in one of them, the other could secure the client’s customers’ applications.
As a result of our partnership, our client was able to start expanding into the Canadian market with a secure and scalable configuration. The implementation also enabled faster deployment and ensured higher service availability and control over its monitoring.
