Our client is a renowned technology pioneer in power grids, electrification products, industrial automation and robotics, recognized as one of the most innovative businesses worldwide and known for its creative approach to solving industrial technology challenges.
The company wanted to move its Internet of Things (IoT) solutions to the Microsoft Azure cloud. Since our client built a legacy application that collects IoT data from distributed machines on-premise, a significant lack of upgrade capabilities weakened customer interest. The company was looking for a cloud-based solution that would enable rapid growth of its current platform and services, along with prompt deployment of innovative new products.
The cooperation resulted in a highly efficient system that transfers large amounts of data from local industrial facilities to the cloud and facilitates machine learning scenarios. The developed platform enables faster data analysis, the processing of graphical visualizations and remote access from multiple geographic locations. As a result, the platform is more scalable and efficient.
