Project overview
Our client needed a new, generic solution that would enable the limitation, filtering and enrichment of their technical event data processing, which was critical for their marketing campaigns. Our client’s existing system – outdated and inflexible – hindered new feature development. The tool we delivered, built with the latest technologies, efficiently simplifies the implementation and configuration of stable marketing campaigns. It also supports customer profiling with enriched event streams, including credit scores.
Client background
A Polish telecommunications company established in 1995. Part of the Polsat Plus Group, it offers comprehensive mobile and fixed-line services and is known for introducing advanced technologies like LTE and 5G to the Polish market.
Goals
The project goals included facilitating the configuration and deployment of new stream processing tasks and providing a generic tool that business users could easily access. We also aimed to ensure efficient performance based on stream processing capabilities. Critical objectives also involved enabling the enrichment, filtering and limiting of events using prepared dictionaries, as well as securing communication and encrypting network traffic between all components.
Results
Reducing technical debt
